REQUIREMENTS • Secondary / Intermediate + (5 GCSE) • Very limited work based experience. • Uses clear and effective elementary verbal communications skills under supervision to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies. • Works under supervision at an elementary level to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives. • Manages and applies safe systems of work with guidance (but not constant supervision). • Works under supervision at an elementary level to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives. • Works under supervision at an elementary level to review and create relevant, lucid and effective reports. • Works under supervision at an elementary level to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations. • Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process at an elementary level, under supervision.
