Responsibilities In a paired team setting, dismantle legacy equipment and install and commission heat pumps. Team‑player with independent and responsible project execution. Benefits Monthly gross salary ranging from 2,700 to 3,700 EUR, with the possibility to earn up to 4,500 EUR gross per month.
Work on pre‑prepared construction sites where foundation and electrical work has already been completed. Utilize digital support from the Berlin office to view all project details in advance, enabling full focus on technical expertise.
Qualifications Trained as an appliance mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), gas installer, heating builder, water installer, central heating builder or ventilation builder. Experience in installations, preferably with heat pumps. Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Class B driver’s licence and willingness to travel. Good command of German. Bonus up to 350 EUR per week based on performance.
